Bulk Cardboard Collection PaidThis service is for:
- Properties that need additional bulk cardboard collected at a property.
- Properties that do not have council bins and would like to book a bulk cardboard service.
Bin Recollection FeeOrder and pay for your recycling, food and garden organics, or glass bin to be recollected.
Bin Recollection Fee GarbageOrder and pay for your garbage bin to be recollected. This service has a fee of $35.
Bin Selection - Fortnightly Rubbish Trial ONLYThis service has no fee and is for:
- Residents and businesses in the fortnightly general rubbish trial area (Brunswick West and Hadfield) only.
- Participants select the capacity of their rubbish bin (red or dark green lidded bin) required for the trial.
- Applications are available to residents from the 1st Feb 2025.

Planning property enquiry - commercialTo request planning information in writing about a commercial property, including liquor licensing enquiries, outstanding planning enforcement matters and questions about what you can do on the site. Fees apply.
Planning Property Enquiry - Copies of PlansTo request a copy of a planning permit and endorsed plans for a property. Only one permit and set of endorsed documents/plans will be provided for each application. The documents will be provided electronically. The fee is a search fee and will not be refunded if the requested permit and plans cannot be provided. If you are unsure which planning permit you need we will provide the latest approved permit and endorsed documents for the site. Please Note: If you require copies of building permits, building plans and documents, or occupancy permits/certificates of final inspection, please refer to Building Plans below.

Application to amend a planning permit applicationTo apply to amend a planning application before a decision has been made. Fees will apply if the application has already been advertised (Section 50 or Section 57 Amendment).

If you already have a planning permit and endorsed plans you'll need to apply for a Section 72 Amendment to a planning permit. To do this visit amendment to a planning permit.
Upload plans for endorsement required by a planning permit conditionOnce a planning permit has been issued and there are conditions on the permit requiring changes to plans and/or other documents to be submitted so that a set of plans can be endorsed.
Upload other plans and documents required by a planning permit either before construction/occupation or after constructionOnce a planning permit has been issued and a set of plans have already been endorsed but there are conditions on the permit that require other reports or plans to be submitted eg pre-occupation follow up reports for SDA/acoustic reports, environmental audit reports etc
